How Platform Billing works
Platform Billing is the platform owner's revenue dashboard — an aggregate view of usage-based billing across every tenant on the platform. It shows total monthly recurring revenue, per-tenant breakdowns, billable event counts (deliveries, carrier labels), and trend lines over time.
Unlike the per-tenant Client Billing screen, this view rolls up everything into a single cross-tenant picture, helping platform owners forecast revenue, identify top-spending accounts, and spot tenants whose usage growth justifies an account expansion conversation.
Metrics are calculated from the same event ledger that powers per-tenant invoices, so the numbers tie out exactly.
