Frequently asked questions
How are orders counted?
An order is one outbound order processed through fulfillment. Plan allowances reset monthly. Overage rates per plan are listed on each card.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Do you charge per user?
No. All plans include unlimited workforce seats. Pricing is by platform tier and usage, not per user.
What about Shopify and other integrations?
Native marketplace integrations (Shopify, Amazon, Woo, TikTok) are on our roadmap. The order-import API and webhook events are available today for custom connections.
Is data isolated per tenant?
Yes. Multi-tenant isolation is enforced at the database level via row-level security from day one.
